from a little linen sack

White Pizza w/ Arugula - I made this for Tallia the other night, she had a long day of work and pregnancy, and she LOVED it. I made the crust a few hours ahead, but it is super easy. I saved the other half in the fridge for a few days later. On the crust was a light mix of garlic, olive oil, and salt. Topping it was a savory blend of freshmozzarella, parmesean, grated asiago, and crumbled goat cheese. Cooked on a stone @ 450 F for under 10 minutes, and topped with fresh SLC farmers market arugula after its on the table! Enjoy! i know my family did.

-the first-

i am going to begin a new set of posts. Taking what began as a blog (to make fun of olivia and tallia) and liberate ben and I. most of our time is spent slaving in the kitchen, so a blog can be an outlet where we share with each other our latest successes. if the world wishes to watch: so be it. Here's to you, ben.
